• We hereby declare that the document & ID proof which you are giving is all by your concern and for service which we are giving you in return so you cannot blame the company in future for stealing your ID proof data
• If company website goes through any of the cyberattack or unethical attack by hackers and consumer data will be leaked then the company is not responsible for it we are always trying our best to keep our servers and websites secure and protected
• On the section of upload your documents the consumer is uploading it by itself and for the service which they are getting , company never force any of consumers to give their documents
• If any issues occur related to payment failure or payment denied or consumer have done the payment but not received then we will contact the customer personally and solve the issue so be patience in such cases
• We hereby declare that we are not taking any extra charge from consumers for providing services the payment received is the amount which is recommended by RTO for filling forms and a very few charge is taken from consumers which is platform fee and services charges which we are providing
• If any of the consumer will fail in any test of LL/DL then company will not be responsible for it we only fill forms of LL/DL licence and take dates of test day.
• Consumer have to be present at RTO for giving practical driving test in RTO we never promised that we will provide you driving licence without giving test , if any of the case occurs in which consumer claims that he/she was promised to not give test and get licence then it's punishable and strict action will be taken on person who promised such things to consumer and consumer have to present the proof that he was promised to get licence without test
• If there is a holiday in RTO office then that day website work will also be halted so any consumer cannot claims the delay for it because work will be done in only opening hours of RTO office or when RTO is opened
• Company never interfere in RTO legal work ,we are just providing the virtual agent to people so consumer time will be saved and process will get easier for consumers and they get rid from doing hectic paper work and company will never go against rules & regulations of RTO
